1982 07 Linkiss Group was founded in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, which focused on
manufacturing DC power supply and cable
1990 05 Factory established in Shenzhen, China
1996 07 Manufactured DC power supply for Panasonic
08 Manufactured DC power supply for TOKYO KEIDENKI
1997 02 Hired Japanese consultant to do 5S consultation and execution
05 Awarded the approval from International cellphone company, Nokia,
and started the production
07 Developed vertical integration, and started to manufacture wire by ourselves
1998 08 Purchased 18500m2 land and built a new plant in Shenzhen, China
11 Obtained ISO 9001 certification and UL safety standard certification
1999 07 Awarded the approval from International telecom company, Ericsson,
and started the production
2000 03 Officially moved to the new plant in Guanlan, Shenzhen
12 Awarded the approval from International cellphone leader, Motorola,
and started the production
2001 03 Kyushu Mitsumi approved the quality of Linkiss Group. Sanyo, Panasonic, Sony,
Casio, Sharp, NEC,and Kyocera became to be customers of Linkiss at the same year
05 Ericsson issued a factory production certificate for Linkiss after inspection
2002 03 Chemistry laboratory was founded, and started to use
07 Started the production of bare wire
09 Obtained ISO 9001:2000 certification
2004 02 Started the production of enameled wire (UEW0.05-2.0)
2005 03 Awarded the approval from Japan cellphone company, KDDI,
and started the production
05 Germany Braun visited Shenzhen factory
09 Awarded the approval from Europe telecom operators, Vodafone,
and started the production
11 Japan NTT DoCoMo visited Shenzhen factory
2006 03 Updated ISO 9001:2000 certificate
09 Became the member of HDMI association,
and passed examination to get the product certificate
11 Chemistry Laboratory added Varian‘s GC/MS in order to
upgrade the efficiency and accuracy when doing the test
12 Awarded Sony Green Partner certificate, and products passed UL and CSA certification.
2009 05 China factory acquired ISO9001:2008 and ISO14001:2008
2010 12 Indonesia factory SUKABUMI establishment
2011 06 Taiwan factory acquired TS16949:2009
08 Taipei office was set up
2012 09 Indonesia factory acquired ISO9001:2008 and ISO14001:2008
